A New Orleans Mardi Gras tradition!

Our take on the traditional king cake features a yeasted, raised dough laced with freshly ground Vietnamese cinnamon & sugar. We top our King Cake with a homemade cream cheese icing and festive, colorful sprinkles & gold dust.

Find the baby hiding inside the cake and you're the "king" (or queen!) for the day ... Luck and prosperity will follow you!

Each cake is approximately 9-10" in diameter and serves 8-10 slices per cake.
